Mr. Kellogg is a standing member of the New York State Dispute Resolution Association, Inc. and the AACE International - The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering.

Our owner, Terry J. Kellogg, has an extensive background in the construction industry.  As a Project Manager for over 15 years, Mr. Kellogg gained valuable insight into the mechanics of project management.  In addition, he was responsible for scheduling projects as large as 35 million dollars over multiple construction seasons as well as preparing any and all claims that developed during the course of the projects under his supervision.  Since founding Terry J. Kellogg and Associates, Mr. Kellogg has offered his specialty services to contractors, state agencies and private developers in pursuit of the timely, cost-effective and litigation-free execution of public and private construction projects.
